On the occasion of the worldwide celebration of the 50th Anniversary of the World Heritage Convention under the theme “The next 50: World Heritage as a source for resilience, humanity and innovation”, the Government of the Republic of South Africa, in collaboration with the African World Heritage Fund, the UNESCO World Heritage Centre, the UNESCO Regional Office for Southern Africa, ICCROM and the Robben Island Museum, are pleased to announce the call for Participants for the African World Heritage Young Leaders Workshop, to be held from 20th to 25th May at Robben Island, South Africa.
